| 1 | Ripe peach | |
| 1 1/2 | c | Peach ice cream |
| 1/2 | c | Peach schnapps |
| 1/4 | c | Milk |
Peel and pit the peach; then slice it directly into a blender.
Add the ice cream, peach schnapps and milk. Cover and process until thick, smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 chilled tall galsses and serve at once.
